Know Your Meme FiM Charts

For those of you still curious about how FiM is doing in the meme circuit almost 2 months after season one's departure, look no further than the meme headquarters of the internet.

I'm not surprised that they upgraded it to a subculture.

You can find the full list of graphs here! Or if you want to try out my coding expertise, you can click the above image.

Season 1 Stats and Stuff

I have received a few emails asking for stats and stuff for the site.  So here is a stat post!

Above is the all time blogger stats.  It resets the slope every month, so May looks like a massive drop, but it's just building it.  You can at least see the increase from when the blog started (January) to now.

On the side you will see pageviews.  When I took this, it was ~2:00 PM.  The Blogger daily stats roll over at 5:00pm.  I am not sure if it will break yesterday in 3 hours, but it might!

Now blogger isn't 100% accurate, and I figured this out pretty late.  I added Google Analytics some time around the middle of February for a more in depth analysis, meaning it's missing about half a month of data.  You can find all of that After the Page Break

Ponies Surpass All Other Memes on Know Your Meme

And to think, everyone told me FiM was just a passing craze.

I have a feeling it has evolved way passed that.

Which is good, because I would go nuts without these stupid ponies!

/co/ Pony Posts break the 6000 mark.

SO MUCH PONY

Over 6000 posts a day to be exact.  I don't think /co/ has ever had this much traffic.  Not even Avatar and Wakfu could come close.

And it's all about colorful ponies and friendship.... who would have thought?

This does have some negative implications though, mainly the fact that it's near impossible to keep up with this stuff now!

If I miss your fic/video/fan art/news/whatever you can still always Email it to me. Please check THIS POST first for guidelines on what to send with it to make the process cleaner though, especially if you are sending fanfiction.

For those wondering wtf this means, it's all going down on This Board which you have probably seen referenced here a million times by now.  And you can use the Archiver to find what the current thread is, though post numbers have currently exceeded the poor thing's capability to keep up.

Actually on second thought it's probably a terrible idea to link that, feel free to attack me in comments if it was and I'll remove it.

Pony by Pony Per Day

Someone on /co/ dug through the archive and made this graph showing how often each character is discussed.  I guess you guys really like rainbow dash don't you?  But how did RARITY come second to last? Seriously? She is definitely second place material!

Minor characters after the Read More thing. I see Trixie plummeted pretty hard when the ban hammer hit...

Pony Post Statistics, Presented by Pinkie Pie

These last 3 weeks barely even scratched pony domination.

I'm glad too, what would this blog be without armies of bronies?!

Brony Census

Someone over on /co/ started this crazy census thing of people watching ponies.  I'll keep this post updated with the numbers. Check it out after the break. ^Update^  This is the final one on the archive, unfortunately the last post with census running was deleted without the general image, and never archived.  If anyone has it, let me know.
