Extensive Pony Creator

Another pony creator has popped up!  This one is much more extensive than the last few we have seen, though it is still under construction (poses on the way).

Cereal will NOT be collecting OC ponies this time around though, so you can spare his email of your creations! Becauce he absolutely hates seeing OC ponies in his email. So much so that he would probably go into a blind rage if you did actually email him your OC pony.
